How to Add a SiteWorx Account?

Prerequisites
If you have a limited domain license (only available through some vendors) or if you're using a single-domain demo license, you can only add a SiteWorx account if you have not reached the domain limit of your license.

Purpose
The purpose of this is to detail how to add a SiteWorx account using NodeWorx.

Procedure - Add a SiteWorx Account
1.    Click the SiteWorx menu item if it is not already open.
2.    Click the Accounts menu item.
3.    Click the [ Add SiteWorx Account ] link.
4.    Fill in the appropriate values. Information about the values appears below.
5.    If SiteWorx Packages have been created, you can choose from the Package Template drop down to auto-fill the Package Features and Package options.
6.    Click the Add button.
7.    You will see the following message at the top of the screen: SiteWorx account added successfully.

Base Information

This section pertains to the base information for the SiteWorx account. Here you will need to input the domain name, IP address, and billing day.

Domain Name
This is the domain that you wish your SiteWorx account to have.

[iw_note important]The domain name should be entered WITHOUT the the 'www' prefix. The 'www' prefix will be properly dealt with by the underlying system.[iw_note]

IP Address
This drop-down list displays a list of available IP addresses that can be assigned to the new SiteWorx account. This will be the IP Address used by this domain. Only one domain can go on a Dedicated IP address. Multiple domains can go on a Shared IP address.

Billing Day
This is the day of each month that the billing cycle starts. This affects when bandwidth counters reset each month. If you set your billing day to 12, this means that on the 12th of every month, a new bandwidth monitoring period will start for this account.

User Information
This is the basic information about the primary user of the SiteWorx account. These fields set up the nickname, e-mail address, password and language, and theme used by the owner of this account in SiteWorx.

Nickname
This is the name that will appear in the list of SiteWorx accounts. This field is optional.

E-mail Address
The e-mail address of the SiteWorx account holder that is used for the SiteWorx login. This will also be used as a point of contact for the account.

Password
The password the account owner uses to login to SiteWorx.

Language
The language used by the account owner in SiteWorx.

Theme
The theme used by the account owner in SiteWorx.
